Jim the Producer...

Post by FutureStar1977 »

I just realized this interesting tid-bit...Jim is also helping to produce 'Fun With Dick & Jane'.

I like to see Jim get involved instead of just acting in his films.

I would LOVE to see him direct. That would be great!

the original movie

Post by Cheryl Anna »

It was great! So funny! I saw it when it first came out. It starred Jane Fonda and George Seagal.
This remake will be even more hilarious Of course, Jim is a lot funnier-so this should be really good. I can hardly wait!!!
When I was a kid, I thought "when I grow up, I'm going to be in a movie like this (the remake)." I'll settle to see it. (With my genetic progressive handicap that started when I was 17-its different now).

Cheryl, NEVER SAY NEVER

Just like Jim, anything is possible.
My son was watching a movie called "Diamonds"
Kurt Douglas is in it.
Near the end he says something like, even if you can't talk
or walk you can do something else.
I still haven'et seen the original yet, but I will.
Thanks for the info.

It's interesting that Jim helps producing this new movie. Maybe he will be his own director in his films in future, who knows?

I made an error

Post by Canadian Jayne »

I believe it was Kirk Douglas in the movie Diamonds.
Why I get these things wrong I have no idea, sorry!
Yes, maybe Jim will become his own director. :) =D>

I tried....

to find the original with Jane Fonda in it but I don't think very many video
shops carry it. So I can't compare. It will be a whole new experience.
Should be good though.
