CHAT: How do you hail someone?

How do you try to get someone to go on chat?
And how long after you're on does it show someone is on the chat?
Wish we had some way of noticing if enough people want to chat!

post a message the day before, and give a time, (remember the time differences) and people will try to make the chat!

it says usually instantly when someone is in chat, so keep refreshing the page!
