I'm morbidly fascinated with it..

I mean... how long is it going to get?

Back in the day when i was a kid
They had a doll called
Tressie. U could pull the hair out
Of the top of its head
Then she'd have long hair
If a Aleister Arcane doll was
Created would it have
Hair on its chin then with
The touch if a button
The beard grows longer
Similar to Rip Van Winkle
;)

Haha maybe he's inspired by Michael Stipe and David Letterman :D

Morning JCO:

I hate to say this, but I want to. I really don't like the beard. It makes him look older
than 55. I wish he would shave it off or at least trim it. To me, the beard is too long. I love the long hair, but I really don't care about the beard. I know Jim can do what he wants, to do, but I'm not too crazy about beards on men. That's just me.

If I saw him on the street, I'd look for the paper cup to put the money in.

And if I saw him and Letterman together, I'd think they were ZZ Top.

Experimenting with looks is fun. I am pretty sure the hair is for Arcane, as I said in that topic. But the beard probably has no movie related purpose. I doesn't suit him that well, because of the shape it's in right now, but he looks great with it in 'True Crimes'. Let's see how long this can become. :D

I don't mind Jim's beard, I wonder if he's growing it out for a future part in an upcoming movie if I would see him on the street I'd compliment him and say "hey Jim cool beard!", or maybe he just wants to have a different look for a while but beard or no beard he looks awesome plus he must take very good care of it.

I agree about its shape right now, but that's his choice, what else can we say? Of course one day he'll get bored with it or change his looks for a role. Let's enjoy it till that day comes :ace:

I wonder if his
Beard helps him float better
(more surface coverage)
Or is it heavier and makes him sink
I wonder;)
