All I know is that Jim said that when he bought the house he kept it just the way it was. Then he married Lauren and she remodeled the whole house. Remember the story of Jim getting drunk and singing with Oprah in the hotel? Thats why he was at the hotel. Then when he broke up with Lauren then got back together with her she said she was surprised to see that the house was exactly the same way she left it. Something tells me Jim is more cheaper then we think he is.lol

Jim was staying in the same hotel as Oprah and she said that she is not a night person but Jim called her room at midnight and asked her to meet him at the bar and she said no so he said"I am coming to get you" so she went to the bar and they drank and sang songs all night. The worst part is that Jim had never even met Oprah before he made that phone call.lol
