I've come to the decision that I need a PA. Then when I'm talking with my mom and she asks if there's anyone special in my life, I can hand the phone to the publicity person who will say, "Ms Kaiser will NOT be taking questions about her personal life."

And I needed one at my dad's funeral. His longtime best friend came up to me, grabbed my face and said through tears, "All your dad wanted was to see you get married."

I regret that I didn't respond. "Hey...are there any other ways I was a disappointment to my dad that you would like to share on this the day of his funeral?"
