well, as you can imagine we were all cheesed off with her..that is until she lost control of it and went flying into the burn...............
how we laughed............lol

Ok, a sledge is a sled and a burn is a barn, right?
Right now I am lamenting the misplacement and possible loss of my little stuffed gorilla.
See...Adrien Brody's on Regis and the tree is right next to the TV...only four feet high. If I could put my hands on the toy gorilla I would so totally attach it to the mini tree so it looked like King Kong was climbing the tree. The scale is perfect and I could attache it by one arm, with the other one raised right under the star.
Drat. Foiled again.

I have found the decorations. The tree angel they have is too big for this tree. I lament my lack of Kong.
Got the tinsel up while the cat was away. I can't imagine what it would be like if she mingled with tinsel.
I suppose the fact that they have no multicolored lights means they don't like multicolored trees. Too bad...they're gonna have to suck it up.
(I added white lights to the tree.)
I was listening to the mix station and they're playing Christmas music.
They played "Christmas Shoes" "Blue Christmas" and "Do they know it's Christmas" all in a row.
If they had played one more depressing song I was going to call the radio station and suggest prozac for the DJ.
I went to the hardware store and got ornament hangers and electrical tape. The country station they had on in the store was playing "Santa's coming in a pick up truck."
So the tree looks good (no Kong...but oh well)...and I have strings of lights and electrical tape...muhahahaha....
I think I'll put the purple strand of lights up in the bathroom.
And I have cool plans for some hanging snowflakes and the yellow lights in the kitchen....
My cousin and his GF are coming on Dec. 19 and going back down south on the 27th.

I just found some tinsel in the kitchen!
On the other hand....I guess her piles of puke will be all sparkly...and easy to see at night.
I think I just took the looking on the bright side, every turd has a silver lining thing a step too far.

I wrapped my cat in tinsel this afternoon and took a photo. She just sat there, and her expression didn't change. Typical Tillie!

Hey! You're stomping on my bliss.
The sun's going down here, so I just turned on the tree and it's just heart floatingly GORGEOUS!! Sooo pretty.
If I don't post much it'll be because I'm so joyfully staring at the tree.

Christmas trees cheer everyone up. Mine is gorgeous. The lights are little Santa hats. It's in my room, and it's so nice to wake up to it every morning.
Are you a big Christmas tree fan Quirky?
My dream is to see the big tree in New York. I love Christmas trees!

Yeah, I like trees. I think I still have a pic of last year's tree in photobucket.
But this tree is 4' high and I guess I didn't have much faith that it would turn out to be as beautiful as it is.

Awww, they are cute trees. We used to have a white 4ft tree. Mine's 6ft. It's crushed into a space in my room, but it looks pretty.
I had fun decorating it. That's the nice thing really, you get to decorate it, and smile at your effort. And maybe get tinsel turds...

It looks SO awesome!!
I actually "squealed with delight".
