On the Today Show this morning, they were showcasing different types of dogs and I got a glimpse of the nefarious and threatening Puffer dog.

The bane of my youthful existence, the dog, Puffer, belonged to the lady in the house in between my house and my best friend's house. Sometimes, you'd see her outside straight away and could cross the street to avoid her. Occasionally, however, you thought the coast was clear so you'd walk quickly up the sidewalk and just as you were almost safe...."Yap yap yap yap grrr grrr yap yap grrr..." She's come running after you and you had to book it the last 20 feet.

Her mistress, of course, said she wasn't dangerous....and when the dog was outside WITH the owner, she was completely docile and friendly.

Later I would ride my bike and get up enough speed to lift my legs up onto the handlebars (dog couldn't jump very high) and coast 'till the coast was clear.

Not dangerous. It was a little white long haired dog with the face of a T-Rex when it was chasing you.

On today's Martha Stewart. She said she gets to cut off her ankle bracelet at 12:05 am.

If it was me....I'd cut it off and then hire someone to take it up to Canada and drop it in a lake.

I used to like Marthas old show but this one is awful. Every episode I have seen she talked about that bracelet and she acts so phoney in it it makes me sick

Eww, I can't stand her. She annoys me so bad. I've never liked her. Anytime her show would be on I would like completely zone out. If anybody on this earth could bore me to death, in literal, it would be her.

BP - (before prison) I watched her show one day. She was talking about making a quilt. Taking individual circular hand made linen things and sewing literally thousand of them together to make a whole quilt. But first, she had to dye each circular thingy a different shade of blue.

I was really horrified at the sheer complexity of the project until I realized it was April 1.

lol....last year the kids tried to do an April fool on us.........lol.......
but we were prepared and pretended to be absolutely furious...........
we made them do a huge apology exercise............but when you read the first letters of each sentence it read out......"you've been had, you can't kid a kidder'!!.............it was hilarious.........lol..........

lol............they'll always remember that April 1st.........lol.........

Riddle me this:

A couple of days ago....a nice sunny day....the EMS pager went off and told the fire department to report to a "tree fire".

How does that happen I wonder? Smoking in the tree house?
Squirrels with pyrotechniccs?

ok..............sorry to be a bore............lol

some trees have sap in them which spontaneously combusts............

when i was a kid.....the fir trees at the bottom of the garden ignited because of it.............it depends how hot and dry it gets..........or if the conditions are somehow right.............

yawn..........lol...........
