It's a him. Oh and good luck stealing him. He's a hard horse to catch. He can be a bit stubborn. That's why I was making him run.

No No No, First rule about the whip You NEVER whip the horse. It's just there to make a popping noise! And when the horse needs to step up or they're trying to kick you, you merely touch the horse on the butt with the whip. Never hit them!

It's a new rule. Not one that everyone abides by. It's really only a rule that I stick to because I can't stand hitting a horse just to get it to run, Especially when you don't have to! It makes me SO mad when people abuse their horses. I've seen some pretty freaked up stuff! Like tying a horses leg to a fence and letting him thrash around until either he breaks his own leg or he gives up. Or tying a horses neck up high all night, that way it will hold it's head low for whatever show you happen to be riding in the next day. There's so much more too, But I don't think it would be proper to post in on here.
