that would be the smart thing to do.

if Jim ends up doing the movie......he might take it in a different direction.

But this I don´t think they make this movie. I believe the only sequel we can expect with Jim Carrey is a new Lemony Snicket.

yeah and I heard that Jim Carrey was interested in doing Count Olaf again because theire is different caracters in every movie. But right now I´m glad that he is working with "Number 23". He also needs a little bit time off somtimes.

his policy on sequals is that he could do them, just as long as there is development in the characters and not the same old stuff being recycled.

I loved Jim in the mask.. but wen i saw the stupid son of the mask movie come out i dint even bother to see it...to me even from the trailer it looked crap!..... i agree with uz tho ... i think Jim mite do a sequel to lemony snicket... i swear i read sumwhere tht he was open to doin another one.. but i read so much about him i cant member lol!!!!....... i think it wud be kool to see another lemony snicket movie... coz it could go sumwhere.... un like other movies tht really should be left where they were......

i know i am going to start a riot w/ this but son of the mask is a big piece of crap but there a couple scenes that were good.....mind u if u can tune out Jamie Kennedy's voice.

Hey guys me again!
As most of you were saying Son of the Mask was a load of crap and it doesnt deserve to be in theaters.
So i have decided to make a fan film of The Mask.
It is kinda like a Fan Made Sequel to The Original Mask Movie.
I am making this film along side Eric Smigiel who made a film called Batman Brutality and Is in the process of its sequel Duality.
He is also going to playing the very short scene which includes Stanley Ipkiss.
Tina will be in this film but those two will only appear in the Opening to the film.
I will be playing a Teenager who finds the mask of loki floating down a river after It gets into the hands of Charlie and it causes trouble with him so he gets rid of it.

Anyway back to the main part, Glenn (teen) and Friend Martyn will be the main characters up until the end of the movie when somebody returns (dont want to give too much away) to get the mask.
Glenn decides to keep the mask for himself and use it for mischeif, The Mask is starting to control Glenns life and ruin his life long friendship with Martyn.
Martyn gets jelous and starts to get nasty.

or just trash son of the mask and use the mask 3 as the mask 2?

I'd love to see him do a sequel, but I seriously doubt he'd do it. I don't think we need another Mask. And if there will be another one, we need somebody else; maybe like Robin Williams.

In my opinion, Ozzy was best in his Black Sabbath days. The song "Black Sabbath" is really bizarre; it sounds like Ozzy's burning in hell and being tortured by Satan. Pretty cool.
