yeah george, You are in the right place already...do your best, make it real...wish you the best. And well said, lammy :D

It's good to be a star if one is level-headed and not taken in with the glitz. I observe many stars who view acting as a job and not let the glamor trip them... they are as passionate about the work as they were twenty years ago.
Ofcourse, they also enjoy the trappings of the good life, but it never takes over the passion or love for work.

In general, famous personalitites, because of their high visibility, have shown me very interesting viewpoints...letting their experiences teach me.

But :) to move on with the game... I'm glad I'm not a movie star because I cannot blame anyone for not getting my laundry done

lol.... I just thought about the title of a short story: "The day I ran out of clean underwear..."

I think I will write it, get a script ready, and cast you guys in new independent production .... lol....

BTW, what is about Brits and black socks... lol... socks come in so many different and fun colors

*doing wash as she posts....*

I think being a celebrity would be just another one of life's opportunities to be challenged....to live a life of integrity in the public eye would be a challenge. To spend your earnings in ways that enable you to enjoy what you have worked for and yet reach out to others.....a challenge. To remain focused on why you "do " what you "do", not giving in to compromise just to be liked or promoted favorably by the media....a challenge!

I don't envy the life of a celebrity. Being a celebrity means everything is on a scale that is blown out of proportion--I would think that the way you respond has to be very different to match the scale of what makes your reality.....a challenge not for the faint of heart!! A challenge that many stars don't seem to be able to handle and many handle with grace and dignity. I wouldn't mind the chance to see how I would stand!!!

It's gotta be better than "Coffee and Cigarettes" by Jim Jarmusch.
