Actually, my whole family is at church. What I do while they are at church is cook a meal, and then they come and eat it. After that, I need to return videos and my grandmother needs more plants.
So I need to get cooking. I'm annoyed because the berry pie leaked onto the baking sheet and it's going to be a pain to clean.
What's your worst habit?

I haven't really been to many costume parties. But I had a great Halloween costume one of my last Halloweens as an eligible Trick or Treater. Halloween in my town was usually flipping COLD. I was Wonderwoman many years in a row. One of the last years I was a rabbit. I had ears and a mask and a fluffly pin-on tail. But the costume was so GREAT because it was warm and unrestricting, so you could run all over and not worry about something falling off you or pinching you. It was a pair of those cozy footed all in one, zip-up pyjamas. Fuzzy blue.
It rocked because of the ease of movement and also because in my town, all of the people whose doors you knocked on were demanding. They asked for little skits about your costume. For instance, if you were Wonder Woman, Mrs. Pettit would open her door and say, "Oooh...look...it's Wonder Woman. Wonder Woman has a golden lariat, can you lasso my fishtank Wonder Woman?"
As the bunny, it was "Oh look, it's a bunny."
*nod head, hop once, degradation over*
What do you do to shake off a funky mood?

alas no, it is one of my eternal regrets..................
all my family....my grandparents on both sides, uncles and parents are Jazz musicians.....my grandpa was the double bass/saxaphone player in a 'big band' ....grandma was the singer.........my dads dad was a drummer.....my uncle had a professional Jazz troupe who played with Acker Bilk and Chris Barber......my dad used to have his own jazz band ....(.he had a residency at the local dancehall when he was 14 with his band.....lol.....he'd be playing till 1am....drinking and smoking and flirting with the ladies.....then he'd have to go to school the next day....
)
and mum is a trained singer who excels at jazz..........
i can't even play the recorder!!
Although interestingly enough, at school i was with kids who were gifted beyond belief.....some are professional musicians now.....and we had to do a music exam.....even if we couldn't play anything........we had to hear music and write it down and compose a piece...........
Bizzarrely i got the highest marks in the year...........so i guess some of it must be in my blood............
