I really like The Majestic.

OK, it's not my favourite Jim film, but I do love the feel of it and the whole McCarthy era was bizarre point in history that is always worth a watch.
My only problem with the film is the last ten minutes or so. Then it does get a bit 'smoltzee'!! Lol.

The movie wasnt so gr8...it was watchable for once at least...that too coz of Jim Carrey. The pace of the movie was too slow.

I like The Majestic, mostly because of getting to see Jim act in this particular type of drama. I find him magnetic in it. I understand some of the reviews of the overall movie, but Jim's acting is great. When I watch this movie, I find myself watching his eyes... there are some pretty intense emotions going on underneath the surface (and often directly on the surface). I have watched The Majestic many, many times. Jim, you are awesome!!

i am a fan of the majestic, but i think my mom is a bigger fan
of it. i think the majestic is her fav. of all the Jim movies that
i have made her watch. i remember we went and seen it
when it came out in the cinema. it is a very good
movie, but at times i did feel a little boried with it. but in a way
i was touched by it. i do think it is underrated, it does have some
very good moments in it.

Q&A on the Majestic....

Did anyone notice that the bar Pete came out of has the same name as the night club in the Mask? Try to guess the name of it.

I love The Majestic.

I think I'll have to check at the new video store and see which films they have that I haven't seen.

And I want to watch "Man on the Moon" again.

ding ding ding ding....we have a winner.

it is a shame about Jim in the movie. his troubles start because of a blond and then re-surfaces because of a blond.
