I think Jim Carrey is trying to be too funny when he is at the interview(conan etc.) what's your opinion? and hello to everybody from Finland! <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/nerd.gif ALT="8o">

I totally agree with you n00kie that's Jim's very funny when he does interviews especially when Jim Carrey's full of fun surprizes like singing and dancing.<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)"> I wanna see more Jim Carrey interviews badly<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/roll.gif ALT=":rollin">

I mean that he is TRYING to be too funny...Like he is acting all the time. I would like to see him as person he normally are. sorry my grammar... though Jim is my fav actor.

Well, I don't think he acts "normal" on TV. I don't think he acts like that every day, lol. He's much more calm! But I think I know what you mean JimCarreyschick. It's honest and real and just his way of presenting himself on TV. It's his humor, his form of entertainment and the way he sees his job. He's absolutely loving it and he loves to make people laugh. I don't think it's artificial or trying-to-be-funny and I love it. It's a part of his unique peronality! BTW, n00kie, have you ever seen Jim on Oprah in 2001 (promoting The Majestic)? It's the most "normal" appearance on a show I've ever seen. No acting, just talking. No I havent seen that interview..i would like to but here where I live(Finland) we can only watch conan o brian <img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/frown.gif ALT=":("> what about when comedians like Jim is complaining that people only see them as comedian..and dont want to see them in a movie like the majestic. u know what i mean? If you act like that in the interviews. I am not saying that Jim is bad actor...he is my fav actor.

I don't think it's ALL about his moods. It's also a business thing. He can't sell a movie like The Majestic by being outragious... (remember the promo for MMI by contrast?) I don't think he was in a low mood on Oprah. He still was very funny, but in another way. I love the interview! ummm....i dont think that Jim ever tries to be funny..he just is! thats what makes Jim so fricking incredible! that is Jim being himself, another thing which makes him so incredible! i think he likes for everyone to get to know all of his personalities therefore for some questions and for some interviews hes not all jokey or whatnot he is another aspect of himself .<img src=http://www.ezboard.com/images/emoticons/smile.gif ALT=":)">
