Just thought I'd let people know that I'm pretty sure that you can't have a site name copyrighted. You can have content copyrighted but names for websites are pretty generic. <p></p><i></i>

you can have a name copyrighted. why do you think there is the symbol under everyname on every product? like coca-cola, pepsi, snapple, ect. so yes acually you can copyright a name. <p></p><i></i>

They're brand names, they aren't website names. I co-run one of the biggest websites on the net and even though we have copyright sign on it, if we ever took it to court if someone used our name (which they do) it wouldn't mean anything. There's so many websites out there that names just double up. Hell, I know concepts that have been copied on the net and there's nothing anyone can do about it.<br> <p></p><i></i>
