I was told that this part II movie is coming out. It will be Dumb and Dumber as teenagers. Jim Carrey's part hasn't been casted yet, but his partner's role is going to be played by the "Dell guy". Does anyone have any more new info on this? <p></p><i></i>

I think that they're shooting right now..I mean RIGHT NOW...about 3 blocks from my apartment in downtown Atlanta near the Martin Luther King Center. While driving to work this morning about 10 A.M. I came upon a movie set in the middle of the street blocked off by a dozen of Atlanta's finest. Traffic was backed up in both directions. As I crept through the intersection I glanced to my left & saw who I swear was Jim Carrey in D&D costume sitting in a shopping cart being pushed by Jeff Daniels. It could have been Ben the Dell guy in the Daniels costume...I'm not sure since a cold & unhappy Atlanta police officer angrily waved me along. I could be wrong about all of this (and probably am). That's why I found this website, to see if anybody knows anything about it. If you're in the neighborhood stop by the intersection of Boulevard & Freedom Parkway..you'll see all the semi's & trailers. <p></p><i></i>

it is scheduled to come out summer 2003, theres no Jim Carrey, or jeff daniels, and not even made by the farrely brothers. young harry will be played by "the cocky blonde guy" from not another teen movie, and lloyd will be played by a newcomer, this film will be his acting debut. sorry to say that guys. <p></p><i></i>

I'm surprised they're making the sequel without Carrey/Daniels/Farrelly Bros. and disappointed that they're even making a sequel. Period.<br><br>Dear Gawd, Hollywood's losing it's touch. There's way too many remakes, sequels/trilogies, and movies that have been spawned from books, comics, T.V. shows and really bad ideas. Ok, it's a given that a few good movies came out from the aforementioned bunch and there are also other decent-to-brilliant works out there. It's just that originality's becoming a rarity in films these days. It's just sad...<br><br>Sorry, I've been meaning to get this outta my system ever since I saw the trailer for "The Jungle Book 2". What! Dumb and Dumber without Jim, Jeff, and the Farrellys! That is insane! Whose stupid idea was that? I can't believe they are going to ruin the Dumb and Dumber story like that. Can't they just leave it as what it is. If Jim didn't want to do the sequel then they should have forgot about it. Because Jim made that movie what it was.
