This thread reminds me of a song of the German hip hop band "Blumentopf". It's something like "I want peace in the world. I want nobody to have paine. I want everybody to be happy. I want! ............. Me too.

Good song that tells that everyone wants something but because of that it's hard to realize for the individual person.

I am not sure we can accomplished that either... I am reading a book called "You. The Owner's Manual -- An Insider's Guide to the Body that Will Make You Healthier and Younger" by two MDs: Roizen and Oz. The content is pretty good, very realistic (no magic formulas) and the recommendations are easy to implement. You might want to have a look at it!
