I thought you might want to know that there is a court date set for Jim's civil suit on 1/17/17 - his birthday. For a Summary Judgement, which according to a legal dictionary is:

A summary judgment is based upon a motion by one of the parties that contends that all necessary factual issues are settled or so one-sided they need not be tried. Since Jim's side is asking for the Judgement, they are basically asking a judge to stop this right here and throw the case out. Let's hope the judge does that and Jim has a great birthday
