the running distracted me from the interview itself. I don't want to watch it over and over and over and over . . . AND OVER again just to see what he's saying.

Treadmills can be pretty dangerous.

Especially when you're doing an interview at the same time

The other day I saw a co-worker running and said
"Run, run as fast as you can, you can't.."

At that point I realized why she was running
She had an AED machine in her hand

my words changed to "Do you need any help?"

so I helped

I hate treadmills with a passion but they do work out in the end.

Has anyone fallen off of a treadmill?? I've seen so many video snipits of people trying to run onto the treadmill while it's going and fall flat on their face, lol. I saw one where someone's dog was using it, lol.
