the hospital gave me the wrong dianosis. I was told today that I have a Herniated Disk that is causing Scatica. I am told it will last for 6 weeks and that I will need therapy cause I lost some movement in my foot

That is sad cotton. I am sorry for that. Having that kind of injury really sucks. I hope you can recover fast.

get your husband to massage the foot to keep it flexible......... water therapy helps too.....beg, borrow or scrounge a foot spa if you can...

That is sad cotton. I am sorry for that. Having that kind of injury really sucks. I hope you can recover fast.
