I think he's cured -- isn't that what he said to Steven Croft on 60 minutes back in November 2004?

He stopped taking Prozac because he found a better way to deal with the pain -- He didn't really articulate what it was, though. It seems like he changed his attitude, but it must be more than that. You can't cure a chemical imbalance with just an attitude change, although it can set you off in the right direction.

Whatever he did, it seems to have worked. He really seemed sincere when he was promoting Number 23 and was talking about being in a happy place in his life.

And if he's had to deal with the pain in Jenny's life and is sticking by her, then you know he's managed a way to deal with it.

I say Jim comes out with a book next on how to treat Manic Depression. That should do a lot of people a lot of good if it comes from his heart.
