Interesting thought jimlover! How are any of us to know really, all of younger hollywood would have changed by the time they make this (if it ever does!) If he has a grandson, he probably would be best to play the role of Jim.
if you contact, i'll hunt you down and gut you like a fish, if you want to fax me press the * key"
his grandson would be good for scenes when he is under 10 years old hehehe....cute
but Jim is a complicated character he is not so simple as u seem him on screen... he experianced poor, dropped outta school, he has been down...and he experianced success...life, family man....he reached the top....so i was thinking of more a dramatic/romantic character than a comedy..
how abt george clooney hahaha...just kidding...ok lets see....Tim Robbins? yaaa....that is who i would go for...young tim robbins

The answer is....................
there is no One at this time.
Only time will tell.
"it depends on how you look at it"

you know you've posted a really hard-to-answer question?? honestly, i've been reading the posts and twisted my brain to come up with an answer to the question: 'how would be the best to play Jim?' and i really cannot think of anyone!! Blank! My mind is blank when i try to think of someone who comes close to Jim at movement, way of speaking, way of acting etc. Is that a good or a bad thing?
