Well, it wasn't really a spooky coincidence...I exaggerated...it did pop in my head, but popping up on my computer includes doing a little search. I thought that green light represented healing, but I wanted to check it out...but it did kind of pop up, because when I searched later it was hard to find....fluffy wrote:wow that's quite a spooky coincidence..........but i do agree it's the whole package.......

My experience was similar...once I realized I really needed to release the pain and move on..the crying is a good thing...you can clear you mind and heart of pain with meditation...it's not magic...it's a process...maybe you should try again or another form...quirky wrote:You crack me up!!!mav wrote:Yeah, I do it at work. Just kidding ...lol![]()
I call TM "sleep".
The truth is, I can't turn my mind off. When I try, I wind up crying because I remember all the truly fecal stuff that has happened in my life.
It's not easy to forget.

I like this one!! If I'm feeling down or anxious I take a deep breath in through my nose and think "in with the future"and then exhale through my mouth "out with the past"and envision it as floating away above my head and behind me...repeat as necessary....oh, and I put my hand over my energy source, over the solarplexesmav wrote:I personally feel that breathing techniques are as beneficial as meditation.
Here are a couple, done preferable sitting in lotus position -
1. Close right nostril with right thumb. Inhale deeply through left nostril. Close left nostril with middle finger and exhale through right nostril. Inhale through right nostril. Repeat. (This is good for relaxation/stress reduction)
2. Strong rapid exhale and short normal inhale. Use abdominal muscles, no chest movement. Repeat around 100 times. (This is good for detoxification)
