No, not ballet...lol
See, I don't think there is beach access, otherwise Jim wouldn't have paid 9.5 million or whatever. Here in California, the rich don't own the beach itself, but they can block access if they own the property. So we may have to swim to get to that beach, but I'm not sure, because I've never been there.
That would be legal. Actually I'm better at jumping fences, but we wouldn't want to get caught trespassing.
Its all a joke, I guess

Actually, the law they passed in Malibu allows public access around the pier, but beyond the public beach area, a person is not allowed to cross the tide line (meaning they have to stay in the wet sand area). So strap on your waders ladies!Michele Hernandez wrote:See, I don't think there is beach access, otherwise Jim wouldn't have paid 9.5 million or whatever. Its the high-tide line, carreyd away. So as long as the tide isn't at its highest, you can be on dry sand. Otherwise, it would be against state law.

The beaches belong to everyone, no-one owns sand ni the ocean. It is about access, that's what the issue is about.

I'll have to drop from a helicopter or something...I can't do the wading thing on account of my tendency to turn so red I'm purple in the sun.carreyd away wrote:Actually, the law they passed in Malibu allows public access around the pier, but beyond the public beach area, a person is not allowed to cross the tide line (meaning they have to stay in the wet sand area).
