I have, and I must say that its one of the best movies that I have and will ever see! Heath Ledger did excellent as The Joker! He was dark and funny at the same time! I think that Christian Bale is the best Batman so far. He should be the only Batman from now on.
I'm definately going to see this more than once while its in theaters. :)

I'd say if it wasn't for Heath Ledger's Joker, I probably wouldn't have liked it as much as I did. He was great in that role. There were a few things I didn't like about the movie (Like Batman's gruff and hilarious voice), but Ledger's Joker was nothing short of remarkable. I'm not always a big fan of comic book movies, but this was great.

The only thing that I didn't like about the movie, is how they are messing up the story line. Its not like the original Batman movies, but now that I think about it, this is the newer version of the movie.
I don't know, I just think that they should kinda stick with the old story line a little bit, but thats just me.
Other than that, the movie was fantastic!

And one more thing I personally didn't like was how dark the movie was - no, not the dark content, I loved that, but how visually dark the movie was at times. There were a few instances in the movie where I honestly couldn't make out what the hell was going on! It's not completely Nolan's fault - that seems to be the fashion nowadays, in newer movies, to darken the lighting, but it really ruined a few scenes of the movie for me.... Otherwise, again, great film. I'd give it at least 3 out of four stars. It's good, but I can't believe it's beaten movies like "Goodfellas" and "The Godfather" on IMDB. I really liked TDK, but I liked those movies even better. I really think though, had Ledger lived, he would have probably been as good an actor as Brando - he was that damn good. It's a shame the guy died and hopefully, since nobody can take his place as the Joker, the joker won't be in the next "Batman" movie - unless Jack Nicholson wants to play him again. That'd be...interesting.

It's a toss up, to me, between "The Dark Night" and "Batman 89." I think both movies had their ups and downs, and were great in their own ways. Jack Nicholson, who I like more than Heath Ledger as an actor but thought was a great but slightly inferior Joker to Ledger's was pretty great. Despite what most TDK fanboys/girls are saying, "Batman '89" was pretty damn dark, and so was "Batman Returns." (Personally, I think "Returns" is the darkest Batman to date.) I have to say this: I really, really liked Michael Keaton's Bruce Wayne; way more than I liked Christian Bale's. I really don't like Christian Bale. But Heath Ledger really made the movie. His Joker was pretty insane/great, and when it's released on DVD I'll buy it just because of his performance alone. Michael Caine, a great actor, didn't really impress me in TDK either. I've never been a huge fan of the comics, rarely ever read them, but I just don't like his Alfred.

On a scale from one to ten, I think both TDK and "Batman" deserve a 7 - possibly an eight....

Now, I don't think "Batman Forever" was a bad movie. I mean, a lot of people were bitching about how dark "Batman" and "Batman Returns" were so when they came up with something really family-friendly and good for the type of movie it was most people were naturally against it. "Batman Forever" was cartoonish and ridiculous, but so what? It's a comic book movie, for god's sake. That's what I expected.

"Batman and Robin" and, strangely, "Batman Begins" are at the bottom of the barrel for me. I don't even have to say why I hated B and R; that movie was a mess.

"Begins" was just average to me. I didn't think it was good, and I didn't think it was particularly bad. The dark lighting got on my nerves, and in the theaters there were a few times when I didn't even know what the hell was going on. The bad guys were weak, Bale was just average, and the movie just seemed to drag along.

But "TDK" was an impressive step up; certainly not better than "The Godfather" or "Goodfellas" like a lot of pathetic fanboys are stating, but a solid, enjoyable comic-book romp.

I hate Christian Bale as Batman, but then again it gives me a chance to appreciate the Villains more! I'm really hoping that Christian Bale bows out as Batman so they can find someone better. But right now, I'm having fun liking and caring more about the villains.

That's a good way to look at it. And these villains are, after all, way better than the ones from "Begins." Hopefully they'll get rid of Bale by the next Batman movie. I totally agree.

Well from what I hear, Bale said he'll sign up for the next Batman movie, only if Christopher Nolan is directing it.
