I gotta say:
I LOVE the Count! Reading about him in the books after seeing the movie, I could imagine him doing all of those things, it was a clearer picture than Sham and Stephano.

i have to go for Count Olaf no matter what. Count Olaf is hot and i don't want to hear anyone argue with me on this

I agree...Count Olaf is my favorite 2. 
Something about Captain Sham reminds me of my grandfather,
and he is so hilarious! And Stephano is crazy as well.

I find the Cond Olaf! very persistent it and and of any form it always runs in its objective to obtain what he wants!

I voted for Count! I like him, cause he doesn't seem like he can harm people, but he is actually pretty evil.

My favourite has to be Captain Sham. When I watched that for the first time I just couldn't stop laughing. I also love Olaf though as he is the main one...
