It must be me, but everytime I hear the name "Tiny Tim" I envision the guy singing Tip-Toe Through the tulips on the Johnny Carson show - puts a smile on my face, and funny thing, I get the same warm feeling inside when I think of either.
I just found out why after reading this article

What entertainer, besides Jim, has influenced you that way?

I thought this was another one of Conors "Where are they?" threads
Have you ever heard Tiny Tims song "Livin in the sunlight,Lovin in the moon light"? they play it in a episode of SpongeBob Square pants It is very fast and up beat and altho I am not a Tiny Tim fan it does make you want to get up and dance. I have it on my comp and I play it for my daughter sometimes.

I'm going to have to pay closer attention to the next spongebob episode.
Do you know which one it is, I'd love to hear it?

I have seen it so many times I know it by heart.lol It is one of the first episodes when Spongebob tries to get a job for the Krusty Krab and they send him out to buy a new spatula. While he is gone the Krusty Krab gets invaded by hundreds of anchovies demanding Krabby patties. Spoungebob comes back with the spatula and that is when the song starts. Spongebob starts flipping patties by the dozens and dances around to the song.

it's like the Simpsons................it's really for adults............but kids love it too...........the humour is so craftilly done that adults and kids will enjoy it but from different perpectives..............no wonder it's been so successful..............

Yes! Yes! I have seen it!! I remember when I heard I started jumping up and down and dancing around with the boys, trying to explain to them who Tiny Tim was. Of course, since I was trained as an animator I have an excuse.....they know their mom.

You are so right. I went to college to be an animator...great people.
My favorite spongebob is the one where patrick come up to him with inflatable shorts on...as sponge bob is explaining how one should look deep inside ones self ...at which point patrick jumps into a hole in spongebobs head and the shorts inflate "blowing" spongebobs mind....I can relate!!! That kind of humour is healing
