I'm posting this on quirky's behalf. I got a call from quirky today afternoon.
She visited her grandma today and her belongings were packed and her grandma was sorry that she could no longer let her live there. I guess on her way from her grandma to her cousin's, quirky got sick and she was calling from the hospital's parking lot because she decided to check in with her doctor. She wanted me to inform you all that she was checking into the hospital. She was distressed and had a knot in her stomach. She said she was listening to the radio and it was unbearable to hear songs about love when she is without a family and home now.

I'm sooo glad she went to the hospital.........rather than doing something silly and be put there...............
By seeking out help she's empowered the first step in her recovery....she's gaining a tiny piece of control over her life..........but it's a start.........

thanks for the update mav. i was driving across country this past week and thought of quirky as i passed through her state, hoping of course that all was well.
quirky, please remember that life is a gift. you are a wonderful woman. bright, beautiful and intelligent...you can work through all these feelings and be happy again. we all have faith in you...you should too
