I know one should drink about 2 l every day, but I can't. I don't know why, I'm just not thirsty enough. Sometimes the first glass of water I drink is in the evening... But I try to force me.
I don't drink soda coz I don't like the fizzy one. I rather drink still water, like Volvic or Evian or Vittel, I can drink more of it.

Reese, soda is like coca cola, and you shouldn't drink any of it really, you should only drink water (like evian) I was asking cuz I hardly ever drink soda, like once every two months, it's very unhealthy, and you should drink ALOT of water like 8 glasses of water a day

yea but cola and beer is unhealthy, everyone should drink water, cuz your body is 70% water and you have to keep that balanced, otherwise you get sick
