Ohh, I tried to verify my claim, so the problem was with " if a^2 = b^2 then a = b" which is wrong because 2^2 = (-2) ^ 2. Do I get a medal? heheh

Hmm... so... the statement above is not always true... It should be the other way around... a=b, then a^2=b^2 ... or ... a^2=b^2, then |a|=|b|

... And, today I learned that I am stubborn...

There is a well-established epidemioligical correlation between lack of sunshine and depression. Boston from Nov to Feb can get miserable for people who don't enjoy winter... (me for example... )... Many colleges and organizations in the area have been using light boxes that mimic the sunlight to lessen SAD during winter season...Psychiatrists say that we can trick our bodies with therapeutic bright light to feel like it's summertime... I haven't used it, but I've heard it's quite effective...

It was a gorgeous day today and I spent the whole afternoon outside and I feel very energized... So I might want consider getting bright lights for my study, where I spend most of my time... 8)

I learned that I'm gullible and naive.

There's a nasty, disgusting and repulsive world out there that arises from free will and over excess. People will say anything to make themselves look good, when in reality, they're the opposite of what they appear to be.

It's time to take off the rose-coloured glasses and accept the truth.

Filo - sometimes I feel like this....but then I hear kids running after the ice cream truck...or birds singing in the tree. I'm trying to PUT ON rose colored glasses because if we feel like everything sucks.....well, I've been there....I don't want to go back.
