2004 was one heartbreak after another. 2005 was well the year I stuck out on my own and discovered what I really wanted in my life. Kind of like cleaning out your closet. Out with the bad stuff, in with the good stuff; if you haven't worn in the past year- Goodwill. It has been a year of reflection, redefinition of who I am. Everything up til today has been a lot of hard work with little fiancial gain to show for it, but I feel like a million bucks. Kind of Fung Shei for humans- :P Its a God thing, a lot of childish ideas that had to be addressed; I discovered, it pays to live your life likea child.... Grow down! You feel better. I may be in my 30's but mentally I feel 16.

Wow - 2005's tradgeties had filled my toolbelt to it's limit.

Then along came JCO.

Hopefully, I should have everything I need now to build 2006 with now.

I like that. "2005 has given us the tools to build a great 2006" Wisdom.

based on Jim's "tradgeties are tools" remark?

You bet....I've learned to live with this kind of perspective on my own life and now I am feeling very old and wise little grasshopper.

I've learnt a lot.

I've learnt that sticking with something is better than giving up.

I've learnt that things can happen all of a sudden, and shock you.

I've learnt that I CAN make friends, and keep them - I'm spending my first New Year with friends that I made at work.

In June, I promised myself that I'd try to make friends with a guy at work. (I spoke to no one!) Now all we do is chat and laugh at work. I'm SO proud of myself!

I've learnt to stand up to people.

I've learnt to give up something if it really is making you unhappy.

I've learnt not to get angry so quickly.

I've learnt not to fight with friends over stupid things - I nearly lost a good friend over something that was nothing to do with me!

I've learnt to get the bad people out of your life.

I like green. Plus green is Jim's Favorite color. So it fits here. Don't change anything.

I think 2006 will be a good year for me. I'm sinle, and have no tie downs. I'm going to finish my sophomore year! and I'm gonna get into fights with my philosophy teacher! It'll be great!
