LOL. I think you might just be too young to understand the significance of Napolean Dynomite. It was meant for those of us who grew up in the 70's and 80's. Did I just age myself?

You liked "Punch Drunk Love"?????
I must admit, I did. I'm not an Adam Sandler fan, but I thought this movie was so bizarre, it just worked for me. I also saw the director's cut with the deleted scenes, so if you saw the version with the sisters constantly calling him and nagging his brain's out and emasculinating him you'd understand his outburst...
Napoleon Dynamite was so great!
Tina! Eat your ham!! I loved that movie! Maybe 'cause I'm old too. Plus there is nothing funnier to me than bad dancing...
Loved Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Spicoli is god!
Kill Bill 1 & 2 were both an
homage to Shaw Bros kung fu films and spaghetti westerns from the 70's. If you knew these movies you'd get all the references... I loved them too. The gore was so cartoonish, like the manga cartoons. But then I watch surgery shows on TV so obviously blood doesn't get to me.
Peter Greenaway is pretencious eye candy, but I did enjoy Ewan McGregor's
**ahem** "talent" in the Pillow Book. I get what you mean about Eraserhead...
I love movies in general. Plus I shared a building with a video rental store so I'm ammune to bad movies now. The become background noise to me. I don't take it personally if people don't like the same movies as me, nor can I berate people for liking movies I don't 'cause as I said I have weird taste in films.

Believe me, there are some real crap movies out there and I've sat through a lot of them.. sheesh!
But Boxing Helena was crap!

Any Adam Sandler movie is crap (only exception to the rule is The Wedding Singer.. and even then it's a bit stupid).
I hated Donnie Darko.
And don't believe the hype: Pammy Anderson and Tommy Lee's home video was BOR-RING!!! hahahaha Yeah, I've seen it... it wasn't even sexy.

I thought 'The Storm' was completely boring.
I watched 'Blade Runner' (I think that is the right title--Wesley Snipes) the other day with my son---we both laughed MANY times like it was a comedy---the faces of the mutant vampire things opening up was just SO STUPID!!
'Lost in Translation'---BORING except for the part where the call girl that was sent up to his room kept saying "Lip my stocking---LIP my stocking---lip, lip my stocking....and he finally goes , Oh, you make your r's into l's, yes, RIP your stocking....ummmm, no thanks....) THAT part was hilarious.....

Fantastic---did you see '50 First Dates' with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore? I thought he was actually charming and lovable in that movie.

A Midsummer's Night Dream and Much Ado About Nothing were both decent movies. However, Romeo Must Die! was incedibly stupid.

Yep, still didn't like it.
Just thought of something far worse than any Sandler movie though...
"Dude Where's My Car?"
Seriously, what a waste of celluloid that was!
