but it is a betrayal of privacy, whatever way we look at it.........the press should have a code of conduct banning stuff like that.........But in the absence of such a code i guess the Stars have to run the Paparazzi gaunlet..............and NO it's NOT FAIR!!!

I have never posted, but I read often...my question is why..why would you want to see this picture? Seems that someone's grief is a personal and spiritual matter to be experienced without intrusion. To want to see these pics and requesting them is fanning the flame of the completely out of control paparazzi pursing a story or pics at all costs. It's like purchasing the tabloids. When you request these pics, you are requesting that a photographer intrude on another's life to get these pics. For people that are fans of Jim, it seems unusual to request to see something so sacred and personal and in doing so perhaps adds to his and his family's personal pain and suffering. How? The demand for pics drives the machine to pursue. Then it spreads out all over the world, when they are experiencing enough pain as it is. Does anyone really want to see a picture of themselves crying or upset or with a big zit on their face? Just because he is a celebrity does not mean that he doesn't deserve privacy or respect. You can appreciate a celebrity and their work and also advance their celebrity without being intrusive. I couldn't read this anymore without feeling upset by those wanting to see it....probably won't post again....
