i'm not a granny but i am an excellent cook (if i say so myself....lol) :D I'm great at the Scottish classics. :D

To be really healthy we should all eat like the Italians and Greeks or the Japanese. They have found the med diet is the overall best for health. The Japanese diet helps folk live longer but is harder to produce outside Japan. :D

When i do eat meat I try
For the cell phone size
Stir fry is goid with little slices
Of meat
Some Irush foods are: Boxty=A type
Of potatoe pancake - I would try this
Dulse=An edible seaweed
Barmbrack=An irish fruit cake
I would try those

lol.......if we're talking about food i have found the promised land ....sorry veggies but Wagu steak is like heaven on a plate... :lol: :lol: it's got to be Wagu, and the burgers are unlike any other burgers.... :D

It has been suggested that Stephen Hawkin didn't have MND, that it might have actually been polio. Some Dr's are saying he fits the Polio profile better than the MND one and it could explain why he lived for so long. Either way he was a remarkable man. :D
