Drawing Not just theraputic but helpful to brain

Postby Canadian Jayne » Tue Jan 22, 2019 4:22 am

A recent study has been
Released regarding drawing and memory
I heard it on the radio and
It was quite interesting
I decided that if i take
A course i will try
The theory
And draw my notes instead of
Writing them

One study at The University of Waterloo
In SW OntarioExperimental Aging and Research
Found
"Drawing improves memory across a wide
Variety of tasks"
"We think that drawing is particularly relevant
For people with dementia"
That drawing is better than writing for
Memory retention
