I'm very glad "The Bad Batch" will be released on first quarter of 2017. But I'm more interested on when "True Crimes" will be released. I've been waiting for it. Do you have any idea when "True Crimes" will be in theaters or on Video on Demand. I'm wondering.
I also hope that Jim Carrey is really gonna do the movie biopic "Mr. Toy" I hope it's
true and will get done. I also hope it'll be a serious drama and not a comedy.
I like Jim in dramas more than comedies. I hope he'll do more and more dramas and
guest star on some dramatic TV shows.

Have a blessed night.

We just have to wait for confirmation on all of them, whether it's a release date (TBB, TC) or official production date (Toy, Arcane).

Back on-topic :

Both Letterboxd and IMDB scores went up, which means nothing at this point, I know. But the comments I see on fora or Letterboxd, are -while still divided- definitely more and more positive. Lots of cinemaphiles calling it a great experience to undergo. Some stating it's the discovery of the year. Not always suited for a blockbuster-only watching wide audience, but we knew that from the start. ;)

I watched The Bad Batch from a website today and I can say that Jim is one of the best two things in the film (the other one is the music). And I would really say that if I wasn't a fan :D He doesn't have any lines but man, he has his eyes and was perfect in the role (His part was 9 min. 4 sec. long. Yes, I kept a timer especially for this  ). But already there's hardly any dialogue in the film, especially in the first hour. I had high hopes when I first read that Jim Carrey and Keanu Reeves were going to be in the same film, and the plot was really interesting but the film can't meet my expectations. The director tried to make a cult movie probably but there's no action in this film. Most of the time people were walking from somewhere to somewhere. Amazing cast, good story but a slow film.
